I am definitely not very gifted at shooting videos. Well, using a DSLR in the wild - carrying heavy loads, in windy conditions and without a tripod or something - is a challenging task. Besides, my post-production workflow needs much adjustments and getting acceptable image quality out of my HD footage was a long and painful story. Somehow, I finally managed to upload some video file from my last holidays in Crete. I'm not really satisfied with the results, but that will do for now and I'll try to improve myself in the future. The movie is about my second attempt at crossing a tricky part of my favorite mountains in Crete: the Lefka Ori. If you read my previous posts, you may have noticed that I'm a big fan of these mountains, and of the whole area surrounding Chania. Anyway, I was on vacation in Chania during the first half of november with my fellow walker Stati.
